Breakthrough Workshop In collaboration with Manford.

The first major initiative undertaken by Reroot Foundation of India was the Breakthrough Workshop, organised in collaboration with Manford at Inderhama, Srinagar, from 11th to 13th April 2025.
The three-day workshop focused on personal development, leadership, communication skills, and goal setting. Participants were engaged in interactive sessions, group discussions, and practical exercises designed to help them understand their strengths and develop a positive approach towards their personal and professional lives.
The program encouraged participants to build confidence, teamwork, and decision-making abilities, while also providing them with valuable guidance on career planning and personal growth. The workshop created a supportive environment where participants could openly share ideas, learn from each other, and develop important life skills.
