We organize specialized skill development trainings in traditional crafts, preserving cultural artistry while transforming age-old skills into viable economic assets. To ensure these skills translate into sustainable income, Reroot Foundation actively works toward setting up micro-livelihood units. These units serve as vibrant community hubs where women collaborate, produce, and manage micro-enterprises with dignity and ownership.

Reroot Foundation facilitates critical linkages to formal financial institutions, guiding women through micro-finance, savings mechanisms, and government credit schemes. Simultaneously, we forge strategic market linkages, connecting craftswomen and entrepreneurs directly with local, national, and digital markets. By eliminating exploitative intermediaries, we ensure that the value generated returns directly to the women who created it.
